Andrea Behrens

Andrea Behrens has a diverse work experience in the field of HR and talent acquisition. Andrea started their career as a Human Resources Trainee at E.ON in 2007 and later worked as an HR Business Partner. Andrea then moved on to become a Team Manager in HR Backoffice and also served as a Team Manager in Talent Management at TenneT. At TenneT, they were responsible for corporate recruitment strategy, enhancing employer branding, and developing cooperations with external parties. Currently, they are an Honorary Judge at the Labour Court Bayreuth. Andrea's expertise lies in talent acquisition, HR management, and strategic planning.

Andrea Behrens attended the University of Bayreuth from 2001 to 2006, where they obtained a degree in Diplom-Kauffrau with a field of study in Betriebswirtschaftslehre. Andrea also has additional certifications, including Faires Traineeprogramm 2020 from Trendence Institut, Top Nationaler Arbeitgeber 2020 from FOCUS Magazin, and Mediatorin from DeutscheAnwaltAkademie, obtained in 2012.
