Arjan Hoving

Arjan Hoving is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master currently working at TenneT TSO B.V. since January 2024 and as a freelance professional with AH20 Consulting since February 2023. Previously, Arjan held the position of Scrum Master at de Volksbank, focusing on enhancing collaboration and effectiveness within BizDevOps teams, and led a transformation project to streamline team structures. With a broad range of experience, Arjan has also worked with various clients through 4IT Professionals BV and TenneT TSO B.V., supporting multiple Scrum and DevOps teams in their development and implementation of Agile methodologies. Arjan's background includes roles at GGZ, NVWA, TVM, and Vitens, where significant contributions were made to improving team dynamics and operational efficiency, beginning a career as an IT Consultant at Accenture, specializing in Scrum implementations. Arjan holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Economics, Marketing, and Computer Science from Saxion University of Applied Sciences.
