Barbara Vermeij-de Bijl

Barbara Vermeij-de Bijl has a strong background in quality and change management. Barbara has worked at TenneT TSO B.V as a Quality and Change Manager, where they played a crucial role in shaping the energy transition for a sustainable energy future. Prior to that, they were the Manager QHSE at Kropman Installatietechniek, focusing on making buildings greener, healthier, and more efficient. Barbara also gained experience as a Quality Engineer at Howden Centrifugal & Reciprocating Compressors and as a QA/RA Manager at De Koningh Medical Systems. Additionally, Barbara has expertise in process and equipment engineering from their roles at NXP Semiconductors. Barbara began their career at Amphenol as a Customer Support Representative, gaining knowledge in interconnect products.

Barbara Vermeij-de Bijl obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Technische Bedrijfskunde / Industrial Engineering and Management from HAN University of Applied Sciences. Prior to that, they attended Technisch College Ede where they studied Opto-Techniek.
