Mónica Yus Santana

Mónica Yus Santana is a project engineer and Sub Project Lead Platform at TenneT, focusing on the engineering and execution of 2GW HVDC Offshore Substations. Mónica's responsibilities include project management, offshore substation design, certification coordination, and stakeholder management. Mónica also participated in TenneT's International Trainee Program and has experience as a graduate intern at Phase to Phase BV, a secretary and community manager at Delft Sustainable Energy Association, and a teaching assistant at TU Delft. Prior roles include an energy markets intern at Northpool B.V., application development associate at Accenture España, and a human resources responsible with ESTIEM. Mónica holds an MSc in Sustainable Energy Technology from Delft University of Technology and a BSc in Energy Engineering from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid.
