Charlotte McCammon

Charlotte McCammon has extensive experience in human resources and people management, currently serving as the Head of Governance & Planning and Head of People and Culture Advisory at Tennis Australia since March 2019. Previously, Charlotte held various roles at Coles from April 2014 to March 2019, including Acting National People & Culture Manager and People & Culture Business Partner, where responsibilities included driving performance and managing HR strategy at a national level. Earlier experience includes roles at Telstra, MindField Group, ANZ Bank, and Trimble Navigation, showcasing a progressive career in HR consulting, talent development, and organizational performance. Charlotte holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a focus on Human Resource Development from the University of Canterbury and a Diploma of Positive Psychology & Well-being from Langley Group Institute.
