Elise Mace

Elise Mace has a strong background in sports management and operations. Elise began their career at Hockey Victoria as a State Teams Coordinator, overseeing various administrative tasks for over 60 state teams. Elise then transitioned to YMCA Calgary as a Member Services Manager, where they handled staff management and conflict resolution. After that, Elise joined Swimming Australia as a Sport Sustainability and Growth Coordinator, responsible for building relationships with stakeholders and delivering national participation programs. Currently, they are working at Tennis Australia as the Ballkid Strategy and Operations Lead, focusing on recruitment, training, and event coordination for the Australian Open ballkids program.

Elise Mace completed their Bachelor of Sport Management degree from Federation University Australia between 2009 and 2011. Prior to that, they attended The Peninsula School from 2002 to 2007 to receive their VCE. Elise also holds a Bachelor of Sport Management certification from the University of Ballarat.
