As the Owner and Head Coach of Athleticka Lifestyle Fitness since 2004, James has established a strong presence as a head trainer, while also leading the Australian Open Player Services Team at Tennis Australia since 2003. In addition to fitness, James owns James Folino Property, serving as an auctioneer and buyers agent. James's diverse background includes managing indoor cycling classes and gym operations at Green Movement Energy Cycle Cinema and YMCA Victoria, where a commitment to community fitness has been maintained over nearly two decades. With a Bachelor of Applied Science in Sports and Exercise and multiple qualifications in real estate and coaching, James combines a passion for health and wellness with business acumen in his endeavors.
