Kate Gaffy

Kate Gaffy has a diverse work experience in talent acquisition and corporate relations. Kate is currently working at Tennis Australia as the Head of Talent Acquisition. Prior to that, they held various roles at Carlton & United Breweries, including Talent Acquisition Specialist and Executive Assistant to the Human Resources Director. Kate also worked as a Corporate Relations Manager at Aged Care Specialists.

Kate Gaffy has a Bachelor's Degree in Applied Science - Human Movement from RMIT University. Kate also holds a Graduate Diploma of Commerce in Human Resource Management from Swinburne University of Technology. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Interviewing Techniques and Uncovering Unconscious Bias in Recruiting and Interviewing from LinkedIn in 2021. In 2020, they obtained a certification in Content and Social Media Marketing from RMIT University, and in 2019, they obtained a certification in Employer Branding to Attract Talent from LinkedIn.
