Jeanette Fetter, RN, MBA began their work experience in 1984 as a Registered Nurse, Quality and Accreditation Manager at Bradley Memorial Hospital. Jeanette held this role for over 20 years until 2005. In October 2005, they joined Tennova Healthcare- Cleveland where they served as the Chief Quality Officer.

Jeanette Fetter, RN, MBA, earned their Associate of Science degree in Registered Nursing/Registered Nurse from Cleveland State Community College in 1984. Jeanette continued their education at Covenant College, where they received their Bachelor's degree in Organizational Management from 1993 to 1995. In 2006, they completed their Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management in Health Care from the University of Phoenix.

The hospital offers a range of health care services, including a 7,000 square-foot, 24-hour emergency care unit.
