Tanushree Naveen is an accomplished professional in human resources and talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as AVP of Talent Acquisition and People Experience at PayNearby since January 2021, Tanushree leads initiatives to enhance team experiences and collaborates with cross-functional teams. Previously, Tanushree held the role of Sr. Manager HR & Compliance at Tenon FM, where responsibilities included developing HR policies and creating comprehensive employee manuals.
