Richard Ferrari

Richard Ferrari is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles within the medical technology sector. Currently serving as Executive Chairman at Tenon Medical, Inc. since December 2020, Ferrari also holds the positions of Chairman of the Board and CEO at HeartBeam Inc. and Tenon Medical since January 2018, and Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Pulmonx Corporation. As Co-Founder of De Novo Ventures since March 2000, Ferrari has focused on evaluating and making investments aligned with the firm's philosophy while having led multiple companies as CEO, including Cardiothoracic Systems and Cardiovascular Systems. Ferrari possesses a Bachelor of Science in Education from Ashland University and an MBA from the University of South Florida.
