Zhenru Palmer

Zhenru Palmer has over 25 years of work experience, with a focus on program management and implementation of enterprise applications. Zhenru started their career at Voith as a Programmer Analyst, where they worked for three years. They then joined Salient CRGT as a Managing Consultant, where they successfully led the implementation of multi-phased projects and transitioned legacy systems into cohesive, multi-tier enterprise applications. Zhenru was responsible for system specification and implementation of various applications, including IBM Domino, WebSphere Integration, AI applications, Remedy AR, and Crystal Report customizations.

In 2006, Zhenru joined OpenText as a Senior Program Manager, Enterprise Services. They held this role for 15 years, effectively managing programs and delivering enterprise services to clients. During this time, Zhenru gained extensive experience in program management and successfully led numerous projects.

Currently, Zhenru is working at Tenovos as the Director of Customer Delivery. They started this role in May 2021 and are responsible for overseeing customer delivery operations.
