Chris Thomson

Chris Thomson currently serves as Vice-Chairman and Trustee at Tenovus Cancer Care, contributing to the charity's objectives through support and governance. Previously, Chris spent 22 years at Vale, culminating in the role of Refinery Manager at the Clydach Nickel Refinery, following various technical and operations management positions, and experience in corporate roles in Toronto. Chris began a career in research as a Senior Research Assistant at Swansea University and holds a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Materials Science from Birkbeck, University of London.
