Gimena Herrera

Gimena Herrera has a strong background in product management and customer experience. Gimena currently works as a Product Owner at Tenpo, starting in February 2022. Prior to that, they held a leadership role at Itaú Chile as the Head of Onboarding and Payment Methods from August 2018 to March 2022. Before that, they worked at CAT filial Scotiabank Chile as the Manager of Client Experience Implementation from January 2016 to August 2018.

Gimena Herrera attended Universidad Santo Tomás in Chile from 1991 to 1995, where they pursued a degree in Relaciones Públicas (Public Relations).
