Ignacio Mello Ross has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Ignacio started their career as a Practicante at Cervecera CCU Chile, where they worked on a project to reduce changeover times in the beer packaging lines. Ignacio then joined Banco de Chile as a Practicante, where they optimized the debt collection process and assisted with account management.

Ignacio later served as the Presidente de Comité Local at AIESEC, where they led the local entity and implemented an annual plan for personnel management and exchange programs. Ignacio then worked as a Memorista at Widefense, focusing on improving the company's managed services area by automating processes and standardizing reports.

Moving on, Ignacio became an Analista de Riesgo Operacional at LarrainVial, analyzing loss incidents and implementing a software update project. Ignacio then took on the role of Analista Senior de Procesos at SURA Chile, where they conducted process audits and provided guidance on process automation projects.

Ignacio's next role was as a Consultor de Procesos at TINET S.A, where they conducted process analysis and advised on the implementation of process automation methodologies. Following that, they worked as an Auditor interno at Tenpo, responsible for internal auditing and compliance.

Currently, Ignacio is a Product Owner at Tenpo, initially responsible for the loyalty program and later managing the backlog, prioritizations, and refinement of user stories for the multiservice product. Ignacio Mello Ross completed their education history with a bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, specializing in Accounting and Finance, from the Universidad Tecnica Federico Santa Maria. Ignacio studied at this institution from 2008 to 2014. Prior to that, they attended Colegio Teresiano Enrique de Ossó from 1995 to 2007 and obtained their Licencia de Educación Media, specializing in Humanístico Científica. Apart from their formal education, Ignacio also obtained a certification in System Administration - Operational Risk Manager from Plus Technologies in February 2015.
