Nayadeth Palominos Avendaño has a comprehensive work experience in the banking and customer service industry. Nayadeth started their career at Banco Bci in 2006 as a Bancario, where they managed customer transactions and sales, including payment services, foreign currency exchange, and insurance sales. From 2011 to 2013, Nayadeth worked as a Cajero Tesorero, overseeing cash management, document processing, and supervising team members. Later, they transitioned to the role of Anfitrión / Ejecutivo Servicio al Cliente, providing customer support, handling complaints, and identifying business opportunities. Nayadeth also served as a certified backup manager, resolving operational issues and assisting the commercial team. Nayadeth joined Tenpo in 2022 as a Customer Service Analyst.
Nayadeth Palominos Avendaño is currently pursuing a degree in Tecnico en Administración de Empresas mención RR.HH. at AIEP. Prior to this, Nayadeth completed a degree in Tecnico en Administración de Empresas con RR.HH. at the Universidad de Las Américas (CL), focusing on administration and management of businesses.
