Ricardo Vidal Swett

Ricardo Vidal Swett has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and industries. Ricardo currently works at Tenpo as the CFO & Head of Talent since July 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Fpay as the Gerente de Administración y Finanzas from August 2019 to July 2021. Ricardo also held the position of Gerente de Planificación y Control de Gestión at Banco Falabella Chile from December 2018 to July 2019, and Gerente de Finanzas y Control de Gestión at CMR Falabella Chile from August 2017 to November 2018.

Ricardo completed their MBA from Kellogg School of Management in 2017 and held the role of MBA Candidate during their studies. Ricardo also worked as a Senior Portfolio Manager at BBVA Asset Management from March 2015 to May 2016, and as a Portfolio Manager at Banco Penta from January 2013 to February 2015.

Earlier in their career, Ricardo worked at Penta Administradora General de Fondos as an Analista de Inversiones - Operador de Mesa de Dinero from July 2010 to December 2012. Ricardo also gained experience as an Ayudante de Investigación at Libertad y Desarrollo in January 2008.

Ricardo Vidal Swett obtained a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree with a focus on Marketing from Northwestern University in 2016-2017. Prior to that, from 2004 to 2008, they pursued their undergraduate degree in Finance, General, earning an Ingeniero Comercial degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile. Alongside their formal education, Ricardo also holds certifications from the CFA Institute, including the completion of the Level III examination in Finanzas, the Level II examination in Finanzas, and the Level I examination in Finanzas in 2014, 2013, and 2011 respectively. Additionally, they obtained a certification in English for International Business Communication from The University of Queensland in 2009. Ricardo has also earned certifications in Hootsuite Platform and is a CFA Charterholder, both of which obtained with the respective institutions.
