Ben Stringfellow

Ben Stringfellow has a diverse work experience in the engineering and sales fields. Ben started their career as a Site Engineer at Keller Ground Engineering in 2003, where they gained valuable experience in various engineering projects. Ben then worked as a Site Engineer at MJ Gleeson, focusing on capital maintenance works. In 2006, they joined Pick Everard as a Graduate Engineer, managing projects for water companies. At Deritend Industries, Ben worked as a Contracts Engineer and Project Manager, overseeing the entire project lifecycle. Ben joined Tensar, A Division of CMC in 2013, initially as an Area Civil Engineer and later as an Account Development Manager. Ben was responsible for building relationships with key customers and identifying opportunities for value engineering. During their time at CETCO in 2017, Ben served as a Technical Sales Manager, handling technical and commercial aspects of the Environmental Products business unit. Currently, they hold the position of Sales Director at Tensar, responsible for managing sales operations in the UK and Ireland.

Ben Stringfellow obtained their Bachelor of Engineering (BEng) degree in Civil Engineering from Loughborough University, where they studied from 2001 to 2005. Ben pursued further education at Coventry University, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Civil Engineering from 2007 to 2009. At the same university, they also completed a Level 4 program in Management from the Institute of Leadership and Management. In 2015 to 2016, Ben Stringfellow obtained a Level 5 Certificate in Management and Leadership from the Chartered Management Institute. Later on, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Global MBA with a focus on Business Administration and Management from the University of Derby, which they completed from 2018 to 2021. Additionally, during their time at Loughborough University, they acquired a Diploma in Industrial Studies in Civil Engineering from 2003 to 2004.
