Hunter Phelps, EIT, has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Hunter began their career as a Soccer Referee at Georgia Soccer in 2013 and held the position until 2016. From 2016 to 2019, they worked as a Car Detailer at AUTOBELL Car Wash. In 2019, they served as a Soccer Official at Georgia Southern Campus Recreation and Intramurals.

In 2019, Phelps gained engineering experience as a Summer Intern at E.R. Snell Contractor, Inc. Hunter then continued their engineering career as a Summer Intern at Ruppert Landscape in 2020 and later became an Assistant Field Manager at the same company in early 2021.

Phelps further developed their engineering skills when they joined NOVA Engineering and Environmental, LLC as a Staff Engineer in April 2021, where they worked until May 2023. Currently, they are an Inside Sales Engineer at Tensar, a division of CMC, starting from May 2023.

Hunter Phelps, EIT, obtained a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Georgia Southern University, where they studied from 2016 to 2020. Hunter has also acquired several additional certifications, including being a Spray-applied Fireproofing Special Inspector from the International Code Council since March 2022, a Structural Masonry Special Inspector from the International Code Council since November 2021, and an OSHA 10 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute since April 2021. Additionally, they obtained FLIR Tools certification from the Infrared Training Center in September 2020. Hunter Phelps is also an Engineer in Training, as certified by the Georgia Secretary of State. Hunter may have additional certifications, such as the Concrete Field Testing Technician - Grade I (CFTT), but specific information regarding its completion month and year is not provided.
