Mark Sherlock

Mark Sherlock has a strong background in finance and accounting, with over 30 years of experience. Mark worked as the Vice President of Finance & Shared Services for Tensar, where they were responsible for financial reporting and control, treasury and cash management, taxation and transfer pricing compliance, and legal and IT reporting. Mark also played a key role in strategic planning and business investment in Russia, India, and the Middle East. Prior to their role at Tensar, Mark worked as a Corporate Accountant at British Vita and as a Group Management Accountant at SSL International. Mark began their career as an Audit Senior at Rickard Keen & Co Chartered Accountants. Throughout their career, Mark has demonstrated strong leadership skills and a track record of delivering results.

Mark Sherlock obtained their A Levels (Advanced Level) in Maths, Physics, and Economics from SEEVIC in 1987-1989. Mark continued their education at Guildhall University of London from 1989-1990, where they achieved a Distinction (Top 10 performer) in Accountancy & Finance. Later, Mark pursued Professional Education at the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants in England & Wales, where they obtained the degrees ACMA and CGMA in 1995.
