Rob Scott started their work experience in 1996 as an Apprentice Technician at Bosal, where they gained experience in various departments such as toolroom, milling, turning, grinding, and maintenance. Rob then worked their way up in the company, taking on roles such as Tube Mill Operator and Tube Mill Supervisor, where they supervised a team and resolved mechanical breakdowns. In 2010, they became the Operations Leader of the Tube Division, responsible for all aspects of tube manufacture and reporting production figures to the management team. In 2012, they briefly worked as a Tube Manufacturing Consultant at T&B Tube Company, where they liaised with an external engineering company and identified equipment for process layout. Since 2013, they have been working as a Process Project Engineer at Tensar International.
From 1991 to 1996, Rob Scott attended Ashton On Ribble High School in Preston, Lancashire. During this time, they achieved 9 GCSE's, although the specific field of study is not provided.
