Sandhya Sankar

Sandhya Sankar has a diverse work experience in the engineering field. Sandhya started their career in 2005 as a Quality Assurance Engineer at Sobha Developers, where they were responsible for ensuring quality in construction projects. In 2008, they joined Tensar, A Division of CMC, as a Design Engineer, where they contributed to the design of various projects. Sandhya then progressed to the role of Design Manager in 2015, overseeing design activities and managing a team. Currently, they hold the position of Territory Director- Middle East at Tensar, A Division of CMC, where they manage operations and business development in the Middle East region.

Sandhya Sankar completed their undergraduate education at the College of Engineering Trivandrum from 1999 to 2003. Sandhya obtained a B-Tech in Civil Engineering and also an Engineer's Degree in the same field of study. In addition to their academic qualifications, Sandhya has obtained a Level 5 Certificate in Leadership & Management from ILM in April 2022.
