Griffin Paul has a diverse work experience in various engineering roles. Starting in 2013, they worked as a Bicycle Mechanic at Big Shot Bikes, where they were responsible for bike assembly, quality control, shipping, and customer service. In 2015, they joined Alcon, a Novartis company, as a Manufacturing Engineer, where they developed a material delivery process and implemented lean/Six Sigma concepts, resulting in cost savings. In 2016, they co-founded Burro Components. From 2017 to 2021, Griffin worked at Meddux Development Corporation, first as a Product Development Engineer, where they completed multiple projects simultaneously and delivered engineering reports and functional devices for testing. Griffin then progressed to the role of Product Development Engineer II, leading multiple phases of work for clients. Currently, Griffin serves as an Engineering Consultant at Fountain Forms LLC. In 2022, they joined Tensentric as a Mechanical Engineer.

Griffin Paul earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, completing their education between 2012 and 2017. In addition, Griffin obtained the certification for Adult and Pediatric First Aid/CPR/AED from the American Red Cross in June 2014.
