John Leonard

John Leonard has over 20 years of professional experience in project management and engineering. John began their career in 1997 as a Product Manager and Engineering Project Manager at Advanced Energy. In 2001, they moved to Sixth Dimension, Inc. as the Director of Engineering & Ops, where they managed software development teams through product design and delivery. In 2003, they joined Cognitive Solutions, Inc. as the Director of Engineering, responsible for new product platforms, customization and technical support of released products. In 2006, they moved to Plexus Corp. as a Senior Project Manager, managing a broad range of product development projects with team sizes up to 30 engineers and budgets up to $12M. Most recently, in 2020, they joined Tensentric as a Project Director.

John Leonard attended Colorado State University, where they obtained a Master of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering.
