Currently serving as Plant Manager at Tension Corporation since June 2017, Deidre previously held similar roles at Sonoco from November 2004 to June 2017 and at Wayne Combustion Systems from September 1995 to September 2001. Deidre also contributed as Director of Operations at Lime-O-Sol and began a career in engineering as a Project Engineer/Co-Op at Central Soya from January 1990 to May 1993. Deidre's academic background includes studies at Purdue University Fort Wayne, from 1989 to 1996.
