Martin Buchholz has diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Martin is currently the Co-Founder and COO of Tensoreye, a Munich-based software start-up that focuses on developing technology that positively impacts society. Before Tensoreye, Martin worked at ZENUITY, where they held the positions of Engineering Director (ART EM) and Engineering Manager. In these roles, they were responsible for leading and managing product development, specifically in computer vision software for ADAS and AD systems. Prior to ZENUITY, Martin worked as a Line Manager for Automated Driving Systems at Autoliv. Martin also has experience in agile coaching and management, having worked as a Manager + Agile Coach at Dassault Systèmes 3DEXCITE and as an Agile Coach at RTT AG (later acquired by Dassault Systèmes). Martin's educational background includes a postdoctoral research position and a scientist role at the Technical University Munich. What drives us is to address relevant problems that exist in our society. Products in safety critical applications are brought to life with Tensoreye’s framework for Deep Learning in the product life cycle. The framework connects data collection, labelling, model training, validation and release of deep neural networks such as semantic segmentation, monocular depth estimation, and holistic path prediction. Our international team of software engineers from more than 10 countries with backgrounds in Machine Learning, Computer vision and Robotics is based in Munich and Medellin.
