Xiong Chang has a breadth of work experience, beginning in 2008 when they were a Design Engineering Intern at GE Energy. Xiong then joined Barclays Investment Bank in 2011, where they worked in the Finance Graduate Programme and as an AVP in Fixed Income Valuations. In 2016, they founded and became the CEO of Beetl Robotics. In 2018, they became the CEO of Tensorfield Agriculture.
Xiong Chang obtained a Diploma in Piano Performance from ABRSM in 2007. Xiong then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) in Manufacturing Engineering from the University of Cambridge, which they completed in 2011. In 2012, they began the Chartered Financial Analyst Program from the CFA Institute, which they completed in 2014. In June 2017, they obtained a certification from Y Combinator's Startup School Online.
