Rebecca Lee Whiting

Rebecca Lee Whiting holds extensive experience as a Corporate Secretary and General Counsel across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Corporate Secretary and General Counsel at TensorWave since February 2024, Whiting also functions as a Fractional General Counsel for Epigram Legal P.C. and as a Director and Corporate Secretary for Colossus Press, Inc., a nonprofit literary press. Additionally, Whiting is a Charter Member of TechGC, a peer community for General Counsels, and Co-Founder of the California Psychedelic Bar Association, focused on improving legal services within the psychedelic sector in California. Previous roles include Director and Corporate Secretary for Big Arts Organization, Inc., General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Journey Colab, a founding member of the Psychedelic Bar Association, and an Associate at Altshuler Berzon. Whiting's academic qualifications include a JD from the University of California, Berkeley - School of Law, an MA from the Courtauld Institute of Art, and a BA from Yale University, all contributing to a robust career in law and corporate governance.
