Shakti Kumar

Shakti Kumar has extensive work experience in the IT industry. Shakti began their career as a Lab Technician at ICA Edu Skills in 2013 and later worked as a Lab Technician at CT Group of Institutions in 2015. In the same year, they joined Olive International as a Technical Manager, where they installed and maintained desktop PCs, printers, and network switches, provided technical support to clients, and resolved desktop, storage, network, and application issues.

In 2016, Shakti Kumar took on the role of Technical Manager at AEON EDUCREATION PRIV LIMITED, where they installed antivirus software, conducted fault-finding for laptops and desktops, and managed store and IT assets. Shakti also worked as a System Engineer at R&S IT SOLUTIONS during this time, where they handled camera installation and troubleshooting, as well as installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems.

From 2018, Shakti Kumar joined KYOTO Technologies, starting as an L2 Support Engineer, troubleshooting technical issues and performing deep level analysis. Shakti later became a Sr. Support Engineer, a role they held until 2023.

Most recently, in 2023, Shakti Kumar started working as a System Engineer at Centena Group.
