Jeff Cooper

Jeff Cooper is an experienced senior executive in finance and operations, currently serving at The TenSquare Group since July 2016, focused on enhancing school operations and financial practices. Previously, Jeff held the position of Managing Director and Chief Operating Officer at Cesar Chavez Charter Schools for Public Policy, overseeing a $25 million organization with 1,400 students and 240 employees. Jeff's prior experience at Capital One includes roles such as Senior Vice President and Bank Business Risk Officer, where a risk-management strategy for a banking division was developed, and Vice President of Enterprise Risk Management, contributing to the establishment of a new ERM department. Early in Jeff's career, roles at Deloitte Consulting and First American Bank provided a strong foundation in operational improvement, finance, and marketing. Jeff holds an MBA in Marketing and Finance from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management and a BA in Public Policy from Duke University.
