Adam Young

Adam Young is a seasoned professional in HR analytics and workforce planning, currently serving as Sr Manager of HR Analytics, Compensation and Systems at Tenstorrent Inc. since December 2023. Previously, Adam held key roles including Leader of People Analytics at Aurora, and People Analytics Business Partner at Uber. Adam's extensive experience at Google involved leading workforce planning for Google Hardware. A significant portion of Adam's career was spent at GE Power, where Adam advanced through various positions focused on HR operations and analytics, strategic workforce planning, and data-driven decision-making. Adam began the career as an intern in HR support and has a strong foundation in both Music and Economics with a BA and an MBA from Union College.
