Heather Kaminski

Heather Kaminski is a seasoned recruiting professional with extensive experience in technical recruitment and sourcing. Currently serving as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Tenstorrent Inc. since January 2023, Heather previously held the position of Senior Technical Sourcer at Meta from January 2018 to January 2023, where notable achievements included supporting software engineering and technical program management hiring while earning two promotions. Prior experience includes roles as an Advanced Technical Recruiter-Team Lead at Sentinel Technologies, a Technical Recruiter at Workbridge Associates, and various positions in retail and public relations.
