Sai Rajat Goparaju

Sai Rajat Goparaju is an engineer specializing in RISC-V cores at Tenstorrent, with experience in ISS cache modeling, memory checks, and cache coherency. Prior to this role, Sai served as a teaching assistant at the Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, in both Digital Design and Microelectronic Circuits courses, contributing by creating tutorial materials for large student groups. Past internships include a position at Google, where work involved developing testbench architecture using SystemVerilog, as well as verification tasks at Samsung Semiconductor focusing on One Time Programmable IP features. Sai has held leadership roles within various student organizations such as PHoEnix Association and the Quiz Club at BITS Pilani, and has taught MATLAB workshops.
