Monica Kremer

Monica Kremer serves as the Global Tax Brand and Marketing Associate Director at EY, where responsibilities include developing strategies for global trade, supply chain, global tax reform, and strategic alliances. With a strong background in tax communications and marketing, Monica has held leadership roles such as EMEIA Tax Marketing & Communications Associate Director, and has contributed significantly to award-winning initiatives. In addition to corporate roles, Monica is actively involved in coaching and mentoring, particularly focused on women, both through the organization from woman to woman and as a career mentor for women with refugee backgrounds at the Tent Partnership for Refugees. With experience in various organizations, including Arthur Andersen and the International Service for Human Rights, Monica is a certified coach and has an extensive educational background in coaching psychology and communications.
