Rob Hanel

Rob Hanel, PHR has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources and operations management. Rob is currently the Director of People and Space at TentCraft, where they focus on fostering a positive employee experience and handles all tactical aspects of HR. Prior to this, they worked as the Manager of People and Space at TentCraft and as an HR Generalist at Tilly's. Rob also served as an Operations Manager/HR Business Partner and Talent Acquisition Lead at The Clymb, and held various roles including HR Generalist, Corporate Recruiter, and Distribution Center Manager at Backcountry.com.
