Paul Briggs

Paul Briggs has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Paul started their career as a Senior Consultant at Hays Finance & Accountancy in 2001 and held various managerial positions within the company. In 2010, they became the EMEA Director for Hays Finance Technology, responsible for providing IT and business technology staff to the financial markets. Paul also served as the Director of Hays Technology, where they provided technology and change staff to various sectors. Additionally, they served as the UK Director for Hays Oil & Gas/Risk Engineering, specializing in geosciences and mechanical design. In 2014, Paul became the Director of Hays Projects & Change Management, where they focused on recruitment and strategy execution for project management roles in the investment banking sector. In 2015, they took on the role of UK Director for Hays Life Sciences, leading recruitment services for pharmaceutical and biotech industries in the UK. Paul joined Frank Recruitment Group in 2016 as the Executive Vice President for the Americas before moving on to become the Managing Director for various regions and global divisions. Paul continued their career as the Managing Director for FRG Technology Consulting and Tenth Revolution Group. Currently, Paul holds the position of European Managing Director at Tenth Revolution Group.

Paul Briggs attended Tabor from 1988 to 1995. Paul later attended Ashridge Business School in 2010-2011, where they focused on Finance & Strategy.
