Gudrun Maul

Gudrun Maul is a seasoned change enthusiast and transformation lead with over 25 years of experience in organizational change management and adult learning promotion. Currently serving as an Organizational Change Management Advisor at Tenthpin, Gudrun provides expertise in leading change initiatives. Previously, they have held significant roles such as Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt at Eli Lilly and Company and Director of Sales Training at Elanco, where they focused on coaching and training across Europe and Asia. Gudrun holds a Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) in Management, HR, and Logistics from Fachhochschule Koblenz.
