Matthew Gregoire

Matthew Gregoire has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Matthew began their career as a Truck Driver at Easy Hauling Services LLC in 2011, where they worked independently with a small crew to complete various residential and business moves. In 2012, they interned at the U.S. House of Representatives on the Appropriations Committee, analyzing budget submissions and hearing testimony for the Committee's decisions on the Fiscal Year 2013 appropriations bill. Matthew then gained marketing experience as a Marketing Intern at STX, a global sporting goods leader, participating in projects such as photo shoots and college game days. Matthew joined Corporate Brokers in 2014 as a Sourcer and later became a Technical Recruiter. In 2019, Matthew transitioned to Tential Solutions, joining their Professional Services Recruitment team as Director. Matthew then progressed to roles such as Practice Lead and Director of Operations before becoming the Senior Director of Operations. Matthew is known for their commitment to client needs and their expertise in advanced data and software solutions.

Matthew Gregoire completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Political Science and Sociology from the University of Maryland Baltimore County. Matthew attended the university from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Matthew has obtained a certification in Diversity Recruiting from LinkedIn in February 2022.
