Terry Harrington has extensive work experience in project management roles within the healthcare industry. They started their career at Alvernia University as a Resident Assistant, where they maintained a healthy living environment for residential students. They then became a Student Financial Planning Project Manager, demonstrating strong organizational and management skills.
Terry went on to work at Carnegie Mellon University as a Teaching Assistant, assisting professors and guiding students in healthcare quality and process improvement projects, as well as utilizing ArcGIS to deliver quality projects. They also worked as a Student Assistant in the Career Services department, providing support with various tasks.
At UPMC Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh, Terry served as a Project Manager, managing a team to assess teaching methodologies for asthma patients and recommending care process improvements. They also analyzed patient diagnoses trends and assisted in designing interactive clinical pathways.

They also analyzed patient comments and managed a vendor transition to mitigate revenue loss.
Currently, Terry is employed at Pediatrix Medical Group as a Project Manager.
Terry Harrington completed a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Health Care Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University - Heinz College of Information Systems and Public Policy. This education took place from 2015 to 2017. Prior to that, Terry earned a Bachelor's degree in Health Care Science from Alvernia University, graduating cum laude in 2015.
