Anshu Dubey

Anshu Dubey has a diverse and extensive work experience in the fashion industry. They started their career as an Assistant Production Coordinator at Resource International, where they were responsible for costing, TNA planning, and order follow-ups. They then worked as a Production Coordinator at Sunlord Apparels Manufacturing Co. Ltd., managing the complete product lifecycle and ensuring timely delivery of raw materials.

Anshu then joined Gap Inc. as an Associate Sourcing Merchandiser, handling a significant amount of apparel business and conducting cost negotiations. As a self-employed Freelance Design Consultant and Market Researcher, they provided design inputs, conducted market research, and analyzed brands to identify product targets.

They later joined Li & Fung Limited, initially as a Product Manager and then as a Digital Product Development Consultant. In these roles, Anshu managed significant business worth millions of dollars and worked on cost negotiations, creative fabric and trim solutions, and digitization of the product development process.
