Rima Seiilova-Olson

Rima Seiilova-Olson is a seasoned entrepreneur and expert in technology and mental health. As the Founder and CEO of Tenvos AI since June 2023, Rima leads the development of multimodal impairment management technology designed to transform safety-critical sectors and disrupt the commercial insurance industry. Previously, Rima founded Kintsugi Mindful Wellness, which focuses on improving access to mental healthcare through innovative voice biomarker software. Rima has also held roles as a member of South Park Commons and as a Research Analyst at the California Legislative Analyst's Office, in addition to serving as a Senior Software Engineer in the Big Data Department at Kaspi.kz, the first decacorn from Central Asia. Rima holds a Master's degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and a Bachelor's degree in Software Engineering from Satbayev University.
