Folkers Williams is a highly experienced professional currently serving as Principal Consultant at Tenzing Limited since November 2021. Prior to this role, Folkers held various positions at Felm, including Organisational Development Advisor for MENA, West Africa, and Pakistan, as well as Advisor for Capacity Building & Governance in West Africa. Additionally, Folkers was the Nordic Director for Development and Alumni Relations at Stellenbosch University and co-founded the tech startup ChapChap, which addressed transport challenges in East Africa. Folkers completed a sabbatical in New Zealand, traversing the 3000km Te Araroa trail. Previous roles also include Programme Coordinator and Thought Leader at Stellenbosch University. Folkers holds an MBA in Strategy and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management from Edinburgh Business School, a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organisational Psychology from Stellenbosch University, and various certifications from prestigious institutions, including Stanford University and the University of Oxford.
