Jonathan Rein

Jonathan Rein is an accomplished financial professional with extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate finance, and valuation. Currently serving as a Senior Associate and M&A Analyst at TENZING Partners since April 2016, Jonathan has been instrumental in building presentation materials, valuating privately held SMEs, and leading negotiations for client transactions. In addition, Jonathan is a member of Globalscope Partners Ltd, contributing to global M&A advisory. Previous roles include an Analyst position at Deloitte Israel and a Performance & Valuation Analyst at Bank J. Safra Sarasin Ltd, where Jonathan developed analytical methodologies and automated processes. Academic qualifications include an MBA from Technion, a Master of Finance from the University of Technology Sydney, and a DESEM in International Management from NEOMA Business School. Jonathan has also completed Level II of the CFA Program.
