Sebastian Arrese Pinillos

Sebastian Arrese has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Sebastian most recently worked at Tenzo, starting in 2019. Sebastian began as a US Marketing & Business Development professional, and then transitioned to a Partnerships Manager role before becoming a Senior Partnerships Manager. At Tenzo, they were responsible for managing partnerships and developing marketing strategies.

Prior to Tenzo, Sebastian worked as a New Venture Fellow at Duke's Office of Licensing & Ventures. During this time, they provided support for product design and market analysis for medical device and wastewater tech startups.

Sebastian also gained experience as a Technology Commercialization Consultant at SBTDC, where they worked as a summer intern. Sebastian assisted tech startups in developing commercial plans and conducted market research and customer outreach.

In addition, Sebastian has held roles such as Marketing Coordinator at Aramburú Matriz, External Marketing Consultant at Musa Corp, and Business Development Consultant at GIAMEN S.A.C. In these positions, they collaborated on marketing projects, developed marketing plans, and coordinated events.

Sebastian also has experience as a Founder and General Manager at Rollor S.A.C., where they focused on sales and marketing strategy and analysis. Prior to that, they worked as a Business Analyst at Tecnologia en Agua y Aire S.A.C. and as an Assistant Administrator at Restaurante Raices.

Sebastian's early career includes a role as a Finance Assistant at Palmas del Espino S.A. Overall, Sebastian Arrese has a strong background in marketing, business development, and partnership management, with experience in various sectors such as technology, healthcare, and hospitality.

Sebastian Arrese completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business from 2017 to 2019, specializing in the field of Business. Prior to that, they obtained their Licenciado degree in Administracion, Negocios Internacionales from Universidad Peruana de Ciencias Aplicadas, spanning 2007 to 2012.

In addition to their formal education, Sebastian Arrese has earned several certifications. In July 2021, they obtained a certification in "Strategic Partnerships: Ecosystems and Platforms" from LinkedIn. In August 2018, they completed certifications in "Data Science Foundations: Fundamentals", "Learning R", and "Learning SQL Programming" from Lynda.com. Furthermore, Sebastian Arrese has obtained certifications in various courses, including "Our Energy Future" from Coursera Course Certificates in December 2015, "Climate Change", "Advanced Competitive Strategy", "Beyond Silicon Valley: Growing Entrepreneurship in Transitioning Economies", and "Developing Innovative Ideas for New Companies: The First Step in Entrepreneurship" from Coursera in 2014, as well as "Competitive Strategy" from Coursera in August 2013.
