Neil Sankar M.D.,MPH

Neil Sankar MD, MPH has extensive work experience in the medical field. Neil currently holds the position of Senior Medical Director and Medical Monitor at Indapta Therapeutics. Prior to this, they have worked as a Member of the Board of Directors at Vitaliz Biosciences Pvt. Ltd. and as a Senior Medical Consultant and Medical Monitor at Strand Therapeutics. Neil has also served as a Contract Chief Medical Officer at MBQ Pharma and as a Senior Medical Director and Medical Monitor Consultant for various companies including RenovoRx, Tizona Therapeutics Inc., Immusoft, Teon Therapeutics Inc., BiOneCure, and Escend Pharmaceuticals. With a background in medical oncology, they have been responsible for overseeing and monitoring medical programs at these organizations.

Neil Sankar MD, MPH has an extensive education history in the field of medicine and public health. Neil completed their MBBS (equivalent to MD in the US) from Bangalore University from 1987 to 1993. Following this, they pursued an internship, earning a Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) degree in 1994. Neil then went on to complete their residency in the Internal Medicine Residency Program with the University of West Indies at Kingston Public Hospital and UK from 1994 to 1996.

In 1997, Neil Sankar enrolled in the Queensland University of Technology (QUT) and obtained a Master's in Public Health degree in 1998.

Continuing their education, they pursued Medical Oncology Training from the National Cancer Institute from 2001 to 2003, specializing in Medical Oncology and Cancer Biology.

Neil Sankar also holds various certifications in the field. Neil obtained the CCRP certification from SOCRA in June 2004. In addition, they completed the Human Subjects Research Basic Course and the Biomedical Research Basic Course from the CITI Program in May 2021.
