Pascal Brice

Pascal Brice has over two decades of work experience. Pascal is currently serving as the Chief Technical Officer (Operations and R&D) at Teoxane Laboratories since October 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Allergan for 16 years, where they held various roles. From September 2015 to October 2021, they were the Executive Director and Site General Manager. As an Engineering Sr Mgr from October 2008 to September 2015, they led the engineering and technology department for the design and manufacturing of dermal fillers. Additionally, they were responsible for process development, automation, facility management, EHS & IS, and served as the program leader for manufacturing excellence. From September 2005 to October 2008, they worked as the Responsable méthodes et maintenance, overseeing process development and maintenance, and implementing the validation master plan to meet FDA requirements. Before Allergan, they worked at Cornéal as a Chef de projet méthodes NaHA, focusing on process development and continuous improvement. Pascal also worked as the Directeur d'exploitation at Biscuiterie Eugène Blond from June 1999 to May 2002.

Pascal Brice attended the Institut Supérieur d'Agriculture de Lille from 1994 to 1999, where they pursued a degree in Ingénieur in the field of Agro-alimentaire (INOVAL). In September 2019, Pascal also obtained a certification titled "Penser comme un leader" from LinkedIn.
