Ethan Vossler

Ethan Vossler, STSC, has gained extensive work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2013, Vossler worked as a Safety and Construction Management professional at Ayars & Ayars, followed by a role as a Safety Coordinator at SMI Safety. In 2014, Vossler held positions as a Construction Laborer at Aspen Builders and X Foundation, and later as a Lead Crewman at JHI. Subsequently, in 2015, they served as a Crew Lead at US LAWNS. In 2016, Vossler pursued F/A-18 electrician schooling before joining the United States Marine Corps, where they held roles as a CTPL Database Manager, Environmental Recycling Yard Manager, and F/A-18 Electrician Worker. Vossler's tenure in the military also included positions as a Range Safety Officer and Non-Aviation Programs and Readiness Support Monitor at CAE. Their most recent position was as an Ayars Quality Leadership/Safety Representative at Ayars & Ayars, Inc., where they developed a leadership and culture rehabilitation plan and conducted safety inspections. Currently, Vossler serves as a Site Safety & Health Officer at Tepa Companies.

Ethan Vossler, STSC, completed their education at Metropolitan Community College from 2022 to 2023, earning a Certificate in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General. Prior to that, they attended Ashland-Greenwood Highschool from 2008 to 2012 and obtained their Highschool Diploma with a focus on general studies.
