Jessica Henson

Jessica Henson is an experienced Human Resources professional with a comprehensive background in various HR roles. Currently serving as the Human Resources Manager at TEPCO LLC since July 2018, Jessica previously held positions as a Human Resources Specialist at SAMSON Controls Inc. and as a Human Resources/Payroll specialist at Bayway Lincoln. With extensive experience at RUS Industrial, LLC, from April 2008 to July 2016, Jessica managed employee recruitment, policy development, and compensation discussions, alongside experience in accounts receivable and insurance collection at Fairmont Diagnostic Center. Jessica holds education credentials from Lee College and has completed SHRM and PHR/SPHR training.
