He graduated from Middle East Technical University, Department of Civil Engineering. Since 1989, he has taken responsibility for both domestic and international projects of various leading contracting firms in Turkey and has been a manager at different levels. The countries where he has worked abroad are Turkmenistan, Russia, Ukraine, Kazakhstan, Azerbaijan, Iraq and Croatia, and the jobs he has completed in these countries are industrial facilities, airports, road, housing and social facilities and business center projects. The projects he has completed domestically are hospital, pipeline, dam and hydroelectric power plant works. He earned his Master's degree in Business Administration from 2013 to 2015 at Bilkent University and completed the "Global Competitiveness Strategy" programs at Michigan Ross Business School in the UNITED States in 2015 and "Entrepreneurship and Strategic Management" at Babson College in the United States in 2018. He first worked in Tepe Group in 1995-1996 and has been working as Deputy General Manager at Tepe Construction since 2013.
