Christopher Carver

Christopher Carver has been working in the energy industry since 2009, when they began as an Energy Engineer at Ameresco. In this role, they acted as a senior consultant in industrial energy efficiency, distributed generation and renewable technologies. Christopher had extensive international experience of concept and engineering design of energy projects, energy service performance contracts, tendering, detailed design and commissioning, and was a key account manager for multinational industrial clients. In 2018, they began working at Imperial College London as a Research Assistant, and also took on the role of Chief Engineer at tepeo. In 2022, they became the Head of Research and Development at tepeo, and also took on the role of Non Executive Director at Carver Group.

Christopher Carver completed a BEng in Mechanical Engineering with Business Finance at UCL from 2005 to 2008. Christopher then went on to Imperial College London to complete an MSc in Sustainable Energy Futures from 2008 to 2009. In 2017, they obtained a CEng MIMechE certification from the Institution of Mechanical Engineers.
